Manual Lymph Drainage

MLD
What is Manual Lymph Drainage?
A gentle technique with powerful benefit
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialised therapy that is designed to improve the functioning of the Lymphatic System. It is a slow, gentle, rhythmical technique used to improve the function of the body’s lymphatic system which is to defend and detox. This technique moves metabolic waste out of the bloodstream and into the lymphatic vessels, (now called lymph) through the nodes for filtration and distribute the clean lymph back into the bloodstream. It complements treatment of auto-immune disorders, cancer treatments, surgery, and contributes to wellness through improved immune response.
